Project Description

The project includes complete civil and mechanical work and full commissioning related to construction of 42 Km high pressure gas transmission of 5LX70 steel polyethylene coated pipeline with the wall thickness varying from 0.688 to 1.250 inches.  The project includes:

►26 river, road, flood way and stream crossings

►96 Warning concrete slabs

►1346 meters of continuous concrete coating

►3 road boring with casing pipe

►1 take-off station

►1 block valve stations

►Cathodic protection system including test points and line markers

Except for the line pipe, fittings and valves which were supplied by the client, Arvin Engineering was responsible for provision of consumables, welding electrodes, coating materials, CP. materials & equipment and all civil materials.
