Project Description

The project includes complete civil and mechanical work and full commissioning related to construction of 222 Km high pressure gas transmission of 5LX70 steel polyethylene coated pipeline with the wall thickness varying from 0.875 to 1.250 inches.  The project includes:

►101 river, road, flood way and stream crossings

►2 launching and receiving trap stations

►1 take-off station

►8 block valve stations

►222 Km of 2” HDPE pipe installed parallel to pipeline for optical fiber cable

►Cathodic protection system including test points and line markers

Except for the line pipe, fittings, and valves, which were supplied by the client, Arvin Engineering was responsible for provision of welding electrodes, coating material, CP materials consumables and civil materials.
