Project Description

The project includes complete civil and mechanical work and full commissioning related to construction of 143 Km high pressure gas transmission of 5LX70 steel polyethylene coated pipeline with the wall thickness varying from 0780 to 1.125 inches.  The project includes:

►166 river, road, flood way and stream crossings

►2 launching and receiving trap stations

►1 temporary launching trap station

►5 block valve stations

►Cathodic protection system including test points and line markers

►143 Km of 2” HDPE pipe installed parallel to pipeline for optical fiber cable

Except for the line pipe, fittings, valves, and CP materials which were supplied by the client, Arvin Engineering was responsible for provision of consumables, welding electrodes, and civil materials.
