Project Description

The project includes complete civil and mechanical work and full commissioning related to construction of 27 Km high pressure gas transmission of 5LX70 steel polyethylene coated pipeline with the wall thickness varying from 0.875 to 1.250 inches.  The project includes:

►26 river, road, flood way and stream crossings

►1 launching and receiving trap stations

►1 block valve stations

►27 Km of 2” HDPE pipe installed parallel to pipeline for future optical fiber cable

►Cathodic protection system including CP stations, test points and line markers

Except for the line pipe, fittings and valves which were supplied by the client, Arvin Engineering was responsible for provision of consumables, welding electrodes, coating materials, CP. materials & equipment and all civil materials.
