Project Description

The project includes complete civil and mechanical work and full commissioning related to construction of 195 Km high pressure gas transmission of 5LX65 steel polyethylene coated pipeline with the wall thickness varying from 0.875 to 1.250 inches.  The project includes:

►169 river, road, flood way and stream crossings

►1 launching and receiving trap stations

►8 block valve stations

►195 Km of 2” HDPE pipe installed parallel to pipeline for optical fiber cable

►Cathodic protection system including test points and line markers

Except for the line pipe, fittings, valves, electrodes, wrapping and CP materials which were supplied by the client, Arvin Engineering was responsible for provision of consumables and civil materials.
