Project Description

The project includes complete civil and mechanical work and full commissioning related to construction of 70 Km high pressure sour gas transmission of 5LX65 steel polyethylene coated pipeline with the wall thickness varying from 0.688 to 0.935 inches.  The project includes:

►50 river, road, flood way and stream crossings

►2 launching and receiving trap stations

►12 line brake valve stations

►Installation of fiber optic cable

►Cathodic protection system including CP stations, test points and line markers

Except for the line pipe, fittings, valves, CP materials and consumables such as welding electrodes and coating material which were supplied by the client, Arvin Engineering was responsible for provision of rock shield, geotextile and all civil materials.
